From Amsterdam Airport Schiphol
As the public transport system in the Netherlands is excellent and traffic jams plentiful, we strongly advise delegates to travel by train rather than taxi.

By train
Trains depart directly from Schiphol Airport to The Hague Central Station approximately every 20 minutes and take you into the heart of The Hague within 40 minutes.
For the train schedule (in English), visit You can also buy your ticket online via this website. You will not have a reserved seat in a particular train (you can take any train) - it just means you have a valid ticket from Schiphol to The Hague Central Station.

From Schiphol Airport: €13.30 (1st class), €7.80 (2nd class) single.

Buy your ticket online in advance to save time or at the NS* sales counters for €0.50 extra. Vending machines usually only accept national debit cards or cash. The vending machines close to the baggage area (before the exit) accept the credit cards".

From The Hague Central Station it’s a 5 minute ride by taxi to the Hilton Hotel.

If you prefer to travel by taxi it will be a 40 minute ride from Schiphol to The Hague. Taxis are expensive and a ride from the airport to The Hague will cost around €100.

Please note that payment cards are not always accepted by taxis and you should have cash with you.
